While we can't upgrade your whole reward, we'd be happy to look into accommodating your request(s).

Please make sure to mention your desired "upgrade(s)" in the scheduling preference survey you'll fill out once you click "Connect with concierge". Once we receive your reward selection, your Concierge will curate the experience with your preferences in mind and then reach out to discuss details.

Please note: if there are any costs that fall outside of your rewards package coverage, you will be responsible for that overage. Your Concierge will be able to provide you with more detailed information surrounding potential overages and you'll be made fully aware of the amount prior to finalizing the experience. If the amount is more than expected, or if you'd rather avoid an out of pocket cost all together, you'll be able to select a new experience.
