First Step:
Make sure that the manager's account is setup in Blueboard. You can do this by looking at your manager page in the platform. Click here for a video which shows you how.  If your manager is not setup, please email support@blueboard.com and make that request

Second Step:
Confirm that the manager knows they must toggle from the Employee platform to the Manager platform. Here is a quick video which you can share with them: 

Third Step:
If you have confirmed that your manager has an account, and verified that they tried to toggle to the manager platform, but are still have issues please reach out to support@blueboard.com.
