Make sure that the manager's account is setup in Blueboard. You can do this by looking at your manager page in the platform. Click here for a video which shows you how. If your manager is not setup, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and make that request
Confirm that the manager knows they must toggle from the Employee platform to the Manager platform. Here is a quick video which you can share with them:
