Good question - based on your feedback we have changed the way funds are managed in the platform!

At Blueboard, when we received payment, we upload funds to the company level.  This gives admins the power to control which program and budget the money is moved to.  If you look to the bottom left of your dashboard there should be something called admin tools - click it!

Once you've clicked that it should take you to a new view with an option to the left called "manage budgets."

From there you can move funds around similar to how you would in a bank account.
