Our Concierge team is here to handle all the logistics on your behalf.

Our policy surrounding scheduling and payment is that your Concierge handle all of the booking and payment on your behalf, typically through one of our experience partner providers.

Simply choose an experience and click "Connect with concierge". Once you've submitted your preferences, you'll be paired up with a member of our Concierge team who will help you to plan an awesome experience.

No need for booking anything yourself!

In the event that payment is unable to be made on your behalf, we will be able to provide a reimbursement. A copy of payment invoice must be submitted and the date paid must be within the past 30 days prior to initiating the reimbursement. Partial reimbursements may be sent prior to an experience for add-ons that can't be prepaid by the Concierge (ex: gratuity).
